Bill may reduce political redistricting impact

For proponents of legislative redistricting reform, the clock is ticking. They actually have a short window of time to overhaul the process by which state House and Senate districts and congressional districts are redrawn to reflect population changes in the next census in 2020. The process to give meaning to the “one person, one vote” principal actually gets underway in 2021.
